The Wellington real estate market is continuously turning into a sellers’ market in many price points. Now is certainly the time to buy your Wellington horse farm to enjoy the lower prices before season kicks into high gear come November. The lowest priced listing is a fixer upper for $580,000. This equestrian property has a 4 stall barn. This is the lowest priced property in Wellington for horses. 

The next lowest priced horse property in Wellington is listed at $699,000. The one after that is $725,000. They keep going up after that. 

These prices most often will be raised during the equestrian season and the WEF so if you want to have good negotiating power on a Wellington equestrian property now may just be the time to get down here to buy one.
