What You Can Do At Wellington WEF- Wellington Equestrian Festival
Have you ever watched a horse show? A hunter-jumper competition? This is a great activity for you and your family especially if you have not been to an equestrian event.
Show jumping competitions are every week Wednesday through Sunday. You can stop by during the week just to unwind, feel the breeze, smell the country air and be amazed at the beauty of these horses here. These events are totally free.
Every Saturday night at WEF you can park for $20 a car load and enter WEF for free. Every Saturday night at 6:00 p.m. The Key West Street Performers are here. Also, there are balloon artists, face painters, a petting zoo and more events for the children.
You can enjoy dining in the The Gallery which is like a South Beach lounge or at the famous Tiki Hut. Enjoy Sushi as Rock and Roll Sushi and tacos at Tito’s Tacos.
If you like to shop you can walk down Vender Row. There is this one artist that has gorgeous horse paintings! You can buy belts, hats, equestrian gear and jewerly.
You want to make sure you get here before the season is over in April! Otherwise you will have to wait until November or December!
This is a great venue for a night of fun and excitement or a relaxing day overlooking the horse competitions around the many rings in the Equestrian Center.
